I am a tax lawyer in Brazil, specializing in international taxation, trained in Brazil and France. A lawyer in Brazil, I am also a PhD candidate in International Tax Law at Aix-Marseille University, a Master in Tax Law at Aix-Marseille University, and a specialist in Brazilian and international taxation at IBET/RJ and FGV/SP.
My experience covers both the private and academic sectors, having worked as a consultant for multinational companies and renowned law firms in Brazil and Europe. I have expertise in expatriate taxation, estate planning, the application of international treaties and administrative litigation before the Federal Revenue Service in Brazil and the DGFiP in France.
I currently live in France and, as well as being a tax lawyer for a multinational, I assist clients in structuring their cross-border operations, ensuring tax compliance and legal certainty.
